Tree Frog Media Design's Small Business Website Package is for customers who need a professional presence on the Internet, but who do not require many web pages or *advanced features. Includes 1 year of web hosting, 1 domain name & 1 year of basic maintenance.

What comes in the Small Business Website Package?

​

• Up to 1 hour of design consultation to determine your needs and strategy. A retainer of $300 and a signed contract will be due at this consultation
• An attractive, professionally designed website of up to 5 pages (each additional page $99)
• ​Title Banner graphics (up to 5 custom images designed to your specificcations)
• Custom logo
• Inclusion of 3 additional photos per web page
• High resolution scanning and preparation of your provided logo and photos
• A ‘Contact’ form that enables user input to be emailed to you
• Scanning and creation of up to 4 PDF files (a restaurant menu, for example)
• ​Meta Tag descriptions and keyword placement in website to enable search engine discovery
• 1st year Domain Name registration/purchase and Hosting Services registration (the hosting service will be of Tree Frog Media Design's choosing)
• Posting of your site to a testing area for you to view and request final editing changes. After final edits are reviewed and approved by the client, the remaining $295 to complete payment of your website will be due. After receipt, the website will be published under your domain name (yourcompanyname.com)
• Uploading of your website to the hosting service
• Initial submission of your website to 100+ major search engines and directories via a website submission service
• Minor web page maintenance to regular web pages (not store product pages) over a 12 month period, including updating links and making minor changes to content or images. The 12 month period commences upon the date the client signs the Basic Website Package Contract

For the Small Business Website Package offer,  As part of this package, you can simply provide us with a rough draft and ideas for what you want on the website, and we'll take it from there, however we expect that any specific content that you wish to appear on your website, such as written content, photos, logo, etc. will be provided to us on disk or via email. (digital photography services are not included in the Small Business Website Package offer, but can be included at an hourly rate, which may vary by location.) Tree Frog Media Design will design the website from your furnished materials and post the site to a testing area for you to view and make final editing changes. After final edits are reviewed and approved, the remaining $300 to complete payment of your website will be due, plus your first month's web hosting and monthly maintenance fees are also due. After receipt, the website will be published under your domain name (url).
